🔁 Refund Policy (Compliant Version)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that we only offer refunds or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or missing packages. We do not issue refunds for items that have already been shipped or for reasons related to buyer’s change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the correct product is to return the item you have (if applicable), and once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
