1. Go one size up if you do not want it to tight or exact. (ex: i wear a Medium but will get a Large to have a little room and ensure its not tight but fits)
2. IF you want an exact or tight fit - Choose your exact size ( for instance i wear a Medium therefore i will get a Medium to ensure an exact fit.
